Thanks for the great video. Now after using it for a while, what are your thoughts on the bag? How is the strap? I hear mix thoughts on it.

Is it practical to carry it as cabine baggage? Or its better off as check-in baggage for most flights?

if you gt the 26l this will solve your length issue. You should be able to fit everything in that sized bag. I got mine recently and thought it was too big until i started loading it with stuff and it fits like glove. Couldn't be more happier

Been using the GR1 slick for years after I saw your original video. Went with the 21 but kinda wish I'd gone with the bigger (27L?). Saw the GR2 and really considered it but it feels like a bit too much for most days. One question I have for 1 bag travelers is what do you do when you get to your destination? I mean, I'd want my GR1 for day trips traveling but putting it inside a GR2 feels strange.

I’m still missing an external water bottle and more important a sternum strap because when the 34L is fully loaded, it’s an heavy bag. The back side could also have more padding to improve the comfort during long carry period…..

I have the same problem with my fisher AG7 space pen right from opening the box, and it virtually unusable.😂 I ditched the fisher original refill, and replace it with a BIC Cristal original refill and/or Schneider Slider Edge refill, with cutting to shorten the ink catridge, and paper tap wrapping at some point of the refill for the AG7 spring to have something to hold on, and the problem is solved. Considering i don't write in water, nor on oiled paper, nor upsidedown, nor in zero gravity, so the new modded refills works like a charm for me, for cheap dirt price, and much much smoother than the fisher original refill.😊

how is it slipping on you? i have the slippery xpac and it stays i also have a different sling bag made with ballistic nylon and they also don't slip i guess you could get a bag with a breathable back fabric maybe that will work? while comfortable that is my CON for this bag the back is not made of mesh/breathable fabric and the straps are HARD. my other cheaper bags use some sort of soft smooth seatbelt like material. with the same magnet buckle you don't hate. but they are made of some nylon material with a thick face its almost rubbery. feels good but it's not xpac. it doesn't have hi visibility orange interior.

I thought spacepens where supposed to not leak? But i guess it makes sense that with less ink in the tube that means pressure is less therefore leaking .. The image quality is ok, but seems kinda dull in color? Colors where just not popping but image is clear..

Ive been carrying bags for 25+ years. I've been told I'm carrying a woman's bag, a purse, a handbag, a man bag etc. had my sexuality questioned several times. It's quite saddening that in 2024, insecure men still have such issues.

This bag is intriguing because of the sleek form factor and nice inside organisation. I would definitely like to use it. I don't mind ads in your videos. All the other RUclipsrs are doing it so go ahead if it keeps this channel going.

I like it because it looks like a purse. What the heck is wrong with a purse? Women have carried them for a long time.. Unless people somehow think women are lesser than men and carrying a purse makes them lesser.. seems a bit insecure to me.

Nice sling bag, I think the term at one time was Murse, kind of like meggings or men's leggings times have changed though. Nothing wrong with sponsors, Im also looking for extra income myself even though I got a retirement income and work part time.

Hey Bo No long comment this time, well not too long🤣 I worked on Motorcycles for a lot of years so I got a couple of tips The protective cover for the USB port is probably in one of your cabinets at home just find a plastic cap from a spray can that fits over the plug and cut out a notch for the usb cord, IF you are worried about the mounting screws put a dab of superglue over the screw heads, if you need to remove them in the future a dab of fingernail polish remover will dissolve the glue put the solvent on a cotton swab so it won't ruin the paint or plastic. lastly to really waterproof the display do like I do when Im working outside with a mobile phone or work tablet I put it in a clear plastic zip lock bag cheap and effective and yes the touch screen still works with a plastic bag over it 😀

Had to return a bag from AER, but they didn’t honor their return policy. Had to file a claim with my credit card company. Multiple messages but AER never return a reply. Dishonorable company and will never buy from them again.

Holyyy, it’s crazy that it’s been 10 years since Aer started. I was in high school when I was introduced to it and now it’s literally one of my fav brands of all time. The quality in their bags is crazy, legit used my X-Pac city sling 2 on a boat ride and literally nothing got wet inside even though I got soaking wet from the rough waves. It’s not even advertised to be waterproof but at least I know that my stuff will be fine as long as I don’t dunk it into the sea 😂 I would love to see Aer open up more on accessories tho like travel bottles. I remember that they used to have a wallet. Also please make another white X-Pac bag that’s not collab related 👀 Thank you Bo and Allen for the wonderful podcast, may have fangirled a bit too hard when I saw the title and thumbnail. I absolutely love AER .. easily my favorite bag brand. However... after going to Japan many times since getting into bags, I noticed there are TONS of bags over there that basically look identical to AER bags. And I was really wondering what's going on here... are AER just copying these bags, or vice versa? Maybe AER has a brand in Japan under a different name or something? Either way, massive fan of AER bags.

The word is fatigue. I am currently semi-retired from sneakers because after fully diving into that world, I was burn out. Now I am into carry, it's a new world for me and it's more practical. Thank you Bo, Roland and not forgetting Aaron 🫡
